The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progress and to address any challenges that arise during implementation. The lead plays a pivotal role in driving project outcomes while maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the delivery lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ForgeRock Access Management. - Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices. - Experience in managing security service delivery using global methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective solutions. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams. - Capability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
