Responsibilities

Examines loads delivered to verify quantity and type of material. Writes tickets showing quantity and type of material, truck number, job location, and time. Reports amount of materials transported. Maintains clean work environment. Other duties as assigned. In the absence of key personnel, the employee’s supervisor or qualified designee (one that has been trained in the key employee’s duties) is responsible to complete or delegate the completion of all required tasks and responsibilities. High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training. Language Skills: Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between works and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Certification to operate equipment. Must have established record of excellent attendance and safety.
