Deine Aufgaben Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Organisation und Buchung von nationalen und internationalen Geschäftsreisen. Du berätst interne Mitarbeitende zu Reiseoptionen, Reiserichtlinien und Reiseabläufen. Du wirkst bei der Organisation von Hotelbuchungen, Flugreisen, Bahnreisen und Mietwagenreservierungen mit. Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung von Reiseanfragen sowie bei Umbuchungen und Stornierungen. Du lernst die Anwendung moderner Buchungs- und Travel-Management-Systeme kennen. Du unterstützt bei der Prüfung von Reisekosten und der Pflege reisebezogener Daten. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Reiseanbietern zusammen. Dein Profil Du hast die Schule erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder wirst Deinen Abschluss in Kürze erwerben. Du interessierst Dich für Geschäftsreisen, Tourismus und internationale Abläufe. Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Du arbeitest gerne mit digitalen Anwendungen und MS Office. Du bringst eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit. Du hast Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Menschen und Kulturen. Du bist motiviert, Neues zu lernen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
