Job description

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Fulfil all technology requirements for the Procurement function including evaluating and implementing new processes and tools globally, while supporting existing systems and platforms deployed across regions. Interface with business leaders, procurement stakeholders, GBS teams, ITS, and external partners to design, implement, and manage scalable SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba solutions aligned with business objectives. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret business requirements to design and implement effective SAP STP solutions. Lead and contribute to global initiatives including: SAP Ariba deployments SAP S/4 HANA rollouts Enhancements and support for legacy (ECC, Ariba) and new systems Manage integrations across enterprise platforms including Workday, Okta, Vertex, CPAi, Jaggaer, GTS, etc. Oversee L2 and L3 support activities including: Issue tracking and resolution Escalation management BAU enhancements delivery Status reporting to leadership Collaborate with business stakeholders, ITS, GBS teams, and external SI partners to deliver high-quality solutions. Drive procurement excellence through system improvements and process optimization. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within scope, quality, and budget. Monitor risks and take corrective actions where required. Project & Operational

Responsibilities

Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for global STP initiatives Provide regular updates and reporting to project leadership Support system configuration, enhancements, and validation Ensure compliance with business standards and global processes Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as liaison between business, IT, and external partners Work closely with: STP Process Leaders Global Procurement Teams GBS and Compliance Teams External SI Partners Influence cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Achievement of project milestones and objectives Adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards SLA compliance for production support Risk identification and mitigation effectiveness Delivery of high-quality system enhancements PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Required Advanced Degree preferred EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS: 12–15 years of experience in SAP STP systems and integrations Strong expertise in: SAP ECC MM SAP Ariba (Buying & Invoicing, Network) SAP S/4 HANA CIG Integration SAP PI/PO

Experience

with enterprise integrations (Workday, Okta, Vertex, etc.) Strong experience in global ERP/SAP rollouts Proficiency in Agile and hybrid methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage production support and enhancements Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience
