Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the integration of new software components to ensure alignment with project goals. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies and project timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application configuration. -
Experience
in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. - Familiarity with system integration and data migration processes. The role requires expertise in SAP Promotion Management (PMR) with focus on promotion forecasting. - SAP CAR DDF, PMR, OPP, and UDF knowledge is also required. - Proficiency in SAP for Retail - Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities -
Experience
in SAP implementation, customization and testing - Knowledge of SAP integration with other systems - Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and troubleshooting
- Primary responsibility will be to drive functional designs for RICEF Scope across the stores workstream. Follow on activities to support Design, Build and Testing cycles.
- Knowledge of GK POS would be ideal but any POS experience would be a benefit -
Experience
