About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered engineering solutions. The candidate will work closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to build scalable software products that improve engineering productivity, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. Contribute to AI/ML-enabled solutions, integrations, and automation workflows. Participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, coding, testing, and deployment activities. Develop APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications. Create unit tests, integration tests, and support quality assurance activities. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring system reliability and performance. Collaborate with global teams and contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Maintain technical documentation and follow engineering best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, quality, security, and DevOps. Minimum

Requirements

Experience

with Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, RAG, or AI agents.

Experience

with Github/Anthropic skills, evals, logging frameworks Knowledge of Python, React, Node.js, FastAPI.

Experience

with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes). Exposure to DevOps, MLOps, and cloud-native architectures. Understanding of SDLC automation and engineering productivity tools.
