Job Description SUMMARY The Ares Corporate Communications & Marketing team is seeking a Corporate Marketing Associate to support brand operations, sponsorships and marketing campaigns across the firm. The Corporate Communications & Marketing team is responsible for strategic planning and execution of the Ares brand expression, external, employee, digital communications and corporate marketing efforts across Ares’ global platform. Within Ares, the team works closely with a range of internal partners, including senior leadership, investment professionals, legal and compliance. The ideal candidate brings experience within corporate marketing and can demonstrate proficient expertise in working within an integrated marketing and cross functional team. The Corporate Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various distribution channels. This person will work closely with a range of partners, including internal stakeholders, external agencies to support and align campaigns across various strategic initiatives. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES Support the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated brand campaigns aligned with corporate marketing objectives. Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, stakeholder communications, and key milestone tracking across initiatives. Assist in developing campaign briefs and managing creative asset development with internal teams and external agencies. Manage multiple concurrent projects across brand, advertising, corporate sponsorships, and corporate marketing workstreams. Review marketing and communications materials to ensure alignment with brand standards, messaging guidelines, and enterprise brand compliance requirements. Assist in maintaining advertising budgets, invoices, and campaign performance reporting. Coordinate sponsorship deliverables, events, hospitality programs, and promotional activities. Manage brand asset libraries, templates, and shared resources. Assist in managing the onboarding and tracking of eternal vendors including working with internal systems and stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and track follow-up activities. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and vendors. QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor's Degree Applicants should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a related role.

Experience

working with outside agencies, ability to coordinate and support across internal and external teams with campaign activation and roll out.

Experience

working at an alternatives investment manager or within financial services a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in corporate marketing, brand management, advertising, sponsorship marketing, communications, or a related discipline.

Experience

supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing or brand campaigns across multiple channels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

coordinating cross-functional teams and working with external agencies, vendors, and partners. Strong project management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Experience

supporting marketing budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor management processes. Familiarity with sponsorship activation, event planning, partnership management, or experiential marketing is preferred. Understanding of brand governance, brand standards, and approval processes is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and marketing/project management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools Reporting Relationships Vice President, Brand Strategy & Operations, Corporate Marketing Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
