Preference will be given to candidates who can work in CST timezone. Candidates should be comfortable using AI enabled technologies, including copilots, chat based AI assistants, and automation tools, as part of their everyday work while maintaining appropriate judgment, security, and compliance standards. What your impact will be: Investigate and solve complex customer and production issues that require both technical expertise and curiosity. Work across the full lifecycle of our products, from diagnosing issues to designing and implementing long-term solutions. Contribute to the modernization of established software products into a modern architecture built with Angular and Java. Collaborate with Product, Support, QA, and Engineering teams to improve customer outcomes. Analyze existing systems to understand business logic, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape future solutions. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute ideas that improve scalability, maintainability, and user experience. Build relationships with customers and become a trusted technical resource for solving business-critical challenges. What Makes This Role Interesting Complex real-world business processes. Experience

developing software in Delphi or similar strongly typed languages. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. A genuine curiosity about how systems work. Interest in both maintaining and improving existing applications while helping build modern solutions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and stakeholders.

Experience

working with databases and SQL. Desire to learn new technologies and contribute across multiple areas of the product. What would make you stand out:

Experience

with Angular, TypeScript, or modern front-end development.

Experience

with Java or backend services. Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.

Experience

supporting production applications. Exposure to billing, financial, utility, or enterprise software systems.
