Responsibilities
Manage the overall SFCM applications, including governance, performance, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement. Lead and develop teams responsible for supporting and delivering SFCM-related solutions and services. Provide people management for direct reports, including coaching, performance management, career development, and team capacity planning. Partner with stakeholders and clients to understand business needs, align priorities, and ensure expectations are managed effectively. Drive prioritization of deliveries across the portfolio, balancing business value, risk, dependencies, and resource constraints. Oversee and support Product Owners, ensuring clear accountability for backlog management, prioritization, and business outcomes. Establish strong collaboration between business, technology, and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and enhancements. Monitor portfolio health through KPIs, reporting, governance reviews, and risk management. Ensure applications are supported in line with service levels, compliance standards, and operational requirements. Manage escalations, resolve issues, and ensure timely decision-making across the portfolio. Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for the SFCM portfolio. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and service improvement. Required Skills &
Experience
Strong experience managing application portfolios, preferably within SBL and collateral management or business process services environments. Proven people management experience, including leading managers, product owners, or cross-functional teams. Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders and clients, build relationships, and influence decisions.
Experience
in prioritizing deliveries across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to manage and support Product Owners and drive product/delivery discipline. Strong understanding of portfolio governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 20+ years of relevant experience Relevant certifications such as Agile, Scrum or PMP are an advantage.
