Job Title: TBS Intern | Bilingual Spanish Division/Program: Therapeutic Behavioral Services Starting Compensation: 19.00 - 19.70 USD Per Hour Working Location: San Jose: South San Jose Center ( In-person position ) Working Hours/Shift: Part-Time, 16 hours per week Why Join Our Team? How you will make a difference (job overview): The Support Counselor Trainee is responsible for working with children in placement to provide a large variety of services ranging from behavior management, crisis intervention, self-help skill building, and other services as needed to provide “whatever it takes” to make a successful placement for the child. The Support Counselor Trainee works under the supervision of the TBS Coordinator and is a part of the child’s treatment team. Division/Program Overview: Programs: Work as part of a team, with different programs. Population Served: Works with clients ages 5-21. Facility & Setting: Community, school, and home-based services.
