About the Department The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team serves as a strategic finance partner across Franklin Templeton. The team delivers financial reporting, forecasting, planning, and strategic analysis that help senior leaders make informed business decisions. Working closely with Finance and business partners across the firm, the team evaluates performance, supports strategic initiatives, and provides actionable insights that drive growth and operational excellence. What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role Experience,

Education

& Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field. 5+ years of experience in finance or analytical roles.

Experience

in FP&A, corporate strategy, investment banking, equity research, or related fields.

Experience

supporting forecasting, reporting, and financial modelling.

Experience

preparing executive-level presentations and business cases.

Experience

supporting earnings, investor relations, or Board reporting. Industry experience in asset management or financial services is preferred. Technical Skills Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
