Partner with business leaders to understand current and future talent needs. Build proactive talent pipelines for key capabilities and strategic roles. Deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Use market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring and workforce decisions. Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen our position as an employer of choice. Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational changes, and people-related topics. Support talent development discussions and learning initiatives across the organization. Coach managers on performance, employee development, and leadership effectiveness. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or a related HR function. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills. Experience partnering with leaders on talent and workforce topics. Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and international environment. Fluent English and Turkish communication skills. Why Join Us? Team members typically come together in our Vadistanbul office for two days per week during three weeks of the month, while one week each month is fully remote.
