Daily activities include overseeing continuous testing processes, supporting environment and data configurations, and actively participating in code reviews. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to define and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and quality standards. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall testing capabilities. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous process improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management. - Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. - Ability to analyze and interpret test results to identify defects and areas for improvement. - Familiarity with environment and data configuration to support testing activities. - Skilled in collaborating with development teams during code reviews to ensure quality standards.
