$23.25 - $33.00 hourly Salary offers are based on the candidate's equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification. This position is eligible for overtime compensation for all hours worked over 40 in the designated workweek. Job Type Unclassified Department Recorder About the Position The Ballot Courier Coordinator supervises the preparation, deployment, scheduling, pick-ups, and audits of all ballot drop box operations. This position will manage all training and supervision of temporary ballot and mail couriers. This position requires a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

Must complete the next scheduled Secretary of State Election Officer Certification Must successfully complete a background screening Must be eligible to vote in Arizona Must possess, or have the ability to obtain by the time of hire, a valid Arizona Driver's License Mandatory overtime during all election cycles We Also Value

with Election processes and procedures Job Contributions Provides direction, training, and work review of 30+ temporary mail and ballot courier workers Assigns routes and schedules for daily pick-ups Inspects completion of work and maintains all Chain of Custody documentation Establishes and monitors ballot custody transfer processes Audits all temporary workers' timecards Ensures that all courier teams are bipartisan Assists other Early Voting division teams, including the Warehouse, Sig Ver, and other areas as needed

Working Conditions
