Job description

Location: Warsaw OR Cracow, Poland Hybrid model of work: 3 days in office, 2 remote per week Drive implementation and scaling of AI capabilities across Procurement platforms, processes, and workflows. Convert successful AI concepts into enterprise-ready business solutions. Key Responsibilities Procurement Platform AI Integration Test and deploy AI functionality within Coupa, Cirtuo / CCS, Source-to-Contract platforms, Procurement analytics platforms, and data products and reporting solutions. Ensure AI capabilities integrate effectively with existing procurement processes. Solution Delivery Lead implementation of Procurement AI use cases. Manage pilot-to-production lifecycle. Coordinate deployment activities across stakeholders. Define implementation of roadmaps. Workflow Transformation Redesign procurement processes leveraging AI capabilities. Identify automation and augmentation opportunities. Design human-in-the-loop controls. Optimise Procurement user experience. Business Partnering Collaborate directly with procurement category teams, sourcing teams, contracting teams, supplier management teams, and leadership. Translate business needs into AI solution requirements. Maintain a prioritised implementation backlog. IT Partnership & Architecture Partner with enterprise IT teams. Support solution architecture design. Define integration requirements. Coordinate deployment and support models. Align with enterprise technology strategies. Value Realization & Benefits Tracking Define expected business outcomes. Track adoption, efficiency gains, and savings. Measure value delivered by AI solutions. Build business cases for investment decisions. Change Management & Adoption Develop rollout and communication plans. Drive user engagement and adoption campaigns. Support training and onboarding activities. Build AI champions within Procurement. Required Skills AI solution delivery skills, including pilot-to-production management, implementation planning, backlog ownership, and deployment coordination. Strong understanding of procurement platforms and workflows, including Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, supplier management, category strategy, analytics, and reporting environments. Platform integration and architecture awareness, with the ability to define requirements for data flows, APIs, workflow automation, access controls, and support models. Business transformation capability, including process redesign, operating model impact assessment, change planning, and human-in-the-loop control design. Product and service management skills, including roadmap creation, prioritisation, adoption tracking, user feedback loops, and continuous improvement. Value realization and benefits management skills, including business case development, productivity measurement, adoption metrics, savings tracking, and benefits reporting. Strong stakeholder management skills to align Procurement, IT, Data, Legal, Compliance, category teams, sourcing teams, contracting teams, and leadership. Ability to translate business needs into clear AI solution requirements, acceptance criteria, rollout plans, and scalable implementation approaches.
