Must have skills : Downstream Manufacturing Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Minimum 5-8 year(s) of experience is required Accenture is seeking an experienced Energy Components (EC) & Production Operations Application Support Analyst to support a portfolio of upstream Oil & Gas applications that enable production accounting, hydrocarbon management, field data capture, production allocation, operational reporting, and business reconciliation processes. The role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical business applications including Energy Components (EC), Avocet Loader, ProCount, ProdView, JOYN FDG, eVIN, Foreman, Route Setup, and associated interfaces. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of production accounting and field operations workflows, along with hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications within a production support or application managed services environment. Responsibilities

As part of the Production Operations and Hydrocarbon Management support team, the resource will provide functional and technical support for Energy Components and related production applications that support daily operational and accounting activities across upstream assets. The role will involve investigating and resolving application incidents, service requests, data discrepancies, allocation issues, and interface failures impacting production operations. The resource will be responsible for monitoring application health, validating critical production data flows, supporting business users during daily operations, and ensuring timely resolution of issues in accordance with agreed service levels. The successful candidate will work closely with production accountants, production engineers, field operations personnel, business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors to maintain application reliability and data integrity across the application landscape. Additionally, the role will support application releases, enhancement deployments, testing activities, user access administration, and production support documentation. The resource will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues, recommending process improvements, and enhancing operational support procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Oil & Gas business applications with a strong focus on hydrocarbon accounting, production allocation, and production operations processes. The candidate should possess hands-on experience supporting Energy Components (EC) or similar hydrocarbon accounting platforms and demonstrate a solid understanding of production accounting workflows, production reconciliation processes, volume allocation methodologies, and upstream operational reporting requirements. A strong understanding of data flows between field systems and production accounting applications is expected, including the ability to troubleshoot production data discrepancies, investigate interface failures, and perform data validation activities.

Experience

working with SQL queries, relational databases, and production support tools will be highly beneficial. The candidate should be comfortable working within an AMS or production support environment and have experience managing incidents, service requests, problem investigations, and change activities while communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role. Good to Have Skills

Experience

with applications such as ProCount, ProdView, JOYN Field Data Gathering (FDG), eVIN, Foreman, Route Setup, Avocet Loader, and PDS E-Ticketing Exchange would be highly desirable as these applications form part of the broader production operations ecosystem. Exposure to production measurement systems, field data collection solutions, operational dashboards, and production surveillance tools such as Anova Universal Tank Monitor and Compressor Anomaly Detection platforms would be beneficial. Additional experience with cloud-based applications, reporting platforms such as Power BI, interface monitoring tools, and enterprise integration technologies will be considered an advantage. Candidates with prior experience supporting upstream Oil & Gas operations, production engineering teams, or hydrocarbon accounting organizations will be strongly preferred. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Reliability, Vibration Analysis(Sensors / Historian) or related AMS / production support environments. -

Experience
