The practitioner actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates smooth execution to meet project objectives while adapting to dynamic environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders worldwide. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope. - Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support project transparency and decision-making. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth. - Continuously evaluate project processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple project components simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at various levels. - Ability to analyze project data and metrics to support informed decision-making. - Experience in risk identification and mitigation strategies within project environments. - Competence in using project management tools and software to track progress and resources.
