The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ACI Universal Payment BASE24-Classic. - Strong experience in full stack development encompassing both frontend and backend technologies. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Familiarity with cloud computing environments and agile development methodologies. - Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex software systems. - Experience with integration of payment processing systems and secure transaction handling.
