$32–$35/hour (depending on experience)

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Lake City. Whether you're looking to supplement your current position, enjoy a flexible schedule, or stay active in patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work alongside experienced Physical Therapists in a collaborative outpatient clinic treating a diverse patient population while providing individualized, one-on-one care.

What You'll Do
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered outpatient care
Qualifications
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Outpatient experience is a plus but not required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
