El Trainee Comercial será responsable de apoyar la gestión y seguimiento de cartera de las cuentas de PHCH, manteniendo contacto periódico con las áreas de Cuentas por Pagar y Cuentas por Cobrar para garantizar pagos y cobros en tiempo y forma. Asimismo, gestionará las solicitudes de pago a clientes y elaborará reportes de control de inversión, trabajando de la mano con el KAM para anticipar ahorros o sobregastos. La posición ofrece la oportunidad de aprender y brindar soporte operativo y analítico al equipo de KAMs, monitoreando actividades promocionales de los clientes, elaborando reportes de SO y contribuyendo a la identificación de tendencias del mercado. Principales responsabilidades Realizar conciliaciones de cargos y templete de solicitudes de NC. Atender reuniones con contactos de cartera de cada uno de los clientes. Facilitar al KAM el control de cartera con un reporte (cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar) de cada uno de los clientes. Apoyar en el análisis de Sell Out y Promociones. Realizar la recolección y soporte de evidencias de las actividades ¿Por qué TÚ? Tus calificaciones: Entry Level Profesional graduado universitario en ciencias administrativas y/o Ingeniería Industrial o afín. Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos para la obtención de insights. Manejo de Excel y herramientas de análisis, incluyendo elaboración de reportes y manejo de bases de datos. Manejo de Power Bi deseable. Nivel de inglés intermedio. Alta capacidad de aprendizaje rápido, adaptabilidad en entornos cambiantes y resiliencia frente a desafíos. Habilidades de organización y planeación. Proactividad y comunicación efectiva.
