Responsibilities

- Provide Adobe Workfront platform support to the agreed SLA’s leveraging the support resources internally and with 3rd party vendors and suppliers. Proactively monitor & maintain the Workfront system components to ensure quality & performance is consistently high for our end-users. Provide support on user managements, future deployments, product releases and new configuration upgrades to the Adobe Workfront platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure support operations consistently meet evolving organizational needs. Ensure application support documentation is maintained and stored in a central repository. Work across the teams, peers and vendors to help continue the development of a Continuous Improvement ethos making the support services we provide best in class with a proactive approach.

Experience

and Skills and Knowledge Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.

Experience

in Workfront a SaaS platform for Project Management, Resource Management, Time Management and also in Service Now or similar ticketing tools. Knowledge and ability to interrogate code and configs to fix issues.
