Job Title Key Account Manager Job Description Job title: Key Account Manager Your role: -Develops and maintains strong relationships with key customers by thoroughly understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. -Collaborates closely with marketing, services, and supply chain teams to create optimal offers for key accounts, ensuring all aspects of the proposal align with customer requirements and company objectives. -Develops professional expertise and apply comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to effectively address medium complexity challenges and opportunities. -Works under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and adhere to operational policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance. -Creates and executes comprehensive annual customer account plans with support from commercial management, setting clear targets and strategic actions to drive sustained business growth. -Conducts regular and in-depth market analysis to understand competitive dynamics, identifies emerging market trends, and provides actionable insights that inform and improve sales strategies. -Monitors and reports on the quality and effectiveness of sales actions, ensuring continuous improvement in customer interactions and service delivery to achieve optimal results. -Presents and thoroughly explains the product portfolio to customers, supporting promotional activities and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of product benefits and features. -Executes customer-tailored sales actions, working with internal teams to maximize the commercial potential of the assigned accounts and meet business objectives. -Implements targeted action programs for key accounts, working collaboratively to enhance the performance of the company and achieve defined sales targets. -Ensures full compliance with Philips' business processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest levels of business integrity and conduct, which safeguards the company's reputation. -Owns the end-to-end CRM opportunity management to ensure full pipeline visibility for services (renewals, conversions, win backs, upgrades, lifecycle), rigorous stage and forecast category progression with stage to forecast alignment. -Adheres to quality guidelines and KPIs by maintaining real-time updates and documenting precise win/loss insights. -Ensures CRM accurately reflects the commercial reality of the field and supports accurate forecasting. You're the right fit if: Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent. Bachelor's OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Partner Sales Operations, Sales Operations, Business Development or equivalent How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
