Key Responsibilities: Design & Implementation •Deploy and maintain IT and OT infrastructure solutions to support business and manufacturing operations. •Design and implement resilient networks, server environments, and cloud-based solutions. •Support/ Lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution, ensuring minimal disruption to production. •Evaluate and integrate new technologies to drive efficiency and security improvements. Business-as-Usual (BAU) Support •Provide 3rd-line support for complex technical issues across IT and OT systems. •Ensure maximum uptime of critical business and manufacturing systems. •Proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot networks, servers, and security appliances. •Maintain strong disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure business continuity. •Utilise the service management tool (e.g. ServiceNow) to record, update, and manage incidents. Security, Compliance & OT Considerations •Implement and maintain GxP-compliant IT infrastructure within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. •Ensure CFR Part 11 and data integrity requirements are met across all IT/OT systems. •Implement cybersecurity best practices, including network segmentation, vulnerability patching, and Zero Trust principles.
