Fuel your passion The Control Systems Specialist coordinates and oversees work at the a field site, providing quality service to the customer. Job role may include sales, job design, execution, and follow up activities. Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used. Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators. Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. May evaluates individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance. Demonstrating strong interpersonal and team‑working skills, with specialization in Instrumentation and Control Panels. Performing independently various Installation and/or Maintenance activities of IET rotating equipment in the field at customer sites. Executing minor and major equipment maintenance by following IET Service Site Quality Checklists and procedures and serving as the primary contact to coordinate activities with the Customer Representative and Site Team when required. Providing complete records of all activities performed at the customer site to the Baker Hughes IET Supervisor, while promoting and maintaining effective team relations. Executing all responsibilities safely by following all applicable IET Service processes and procedures. Performing other related duties as required according to the specified scope of work. Providing limited troubleshooting support for equipment under maintenance and/or installation in the field. Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality, and Compliance). Qualifications: Bachelor Degree preferred. Industry experience and IET product line training required. Have 5-6 years of industry experience and IET product line training required. Demonstrate Functional / Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team working Skills. Be mainly specialized in Instrumentation and Control Panels. Have knowledge in any of control systems such as: MarkVIe, Woodward/Micronet, Opticom Have knowledge in any of products such as Aero LM2500 and LM6000 and Heavy Duty Gas Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors Knowledge in mapping *DLE* / tunning *DLN* for Turbine is a plus. Have Intermediate/advance English level. Utilization around 85%. Able to travel locally and internationally. Able to work offshore. T BOSIET/THUET certificates are a plus.
