The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As the APAC Marketing Development Manager - Indirect Restoratives, you will strategically translate and refine the Global portfolio and strategy into APAC region, identify the right portfolio and procedures that are must-wins in APAC and driving clarity on country unique differentiation. You lead the portfolio direction to the Integrated Marketing team to develop innovative marketing campaigns and sales stories that drive business growth and expansion in the region. You are the expert of the Indirect Restoratives category - product knowledge, driving topline growth and healthy margins in partnership with APAC countries and our Scientific Education and Evidence teams. You will be instrumental in nurturing key partnerships and ensuring compliance in driving successful product launches and growing market share in the APAC market. Own and drive Indirect Restoratives’ commercial topline and margin growth and performance KPIs in Asia Pacific. Develop and implement short-term and mid-term portfolio and marketing strategies, category growth shaping to grow the responsible portfolio across the Asia-Pacific region. Align and integrate effectively the Regional portfolio and marketing plans with Countries to their GTM strategies/priorities and ensure One Plan that reflect Regional priorities and countries’ priorities to drive effective execution and success. Proactively partner countries to establish alignment and trade-offs on commercial areas, including pricing strategies, competitor analysis, and product positioning. Lead in-depth competitive analysis to identify key trends, category shaping, growth opportunities, and threats in Indirect Restoratives category across APAC. Lead the strategic planning and launch for new products. Collaborate with global teams to synergize product pipelines and ensure a clear direction for product launches and implementation in APAC. Partner with Integrated Marketing team and Countries to develop portfolio campaigns and sales stories tailored for our Asia-Pacific market, ensuring they resonate with local customers and drive product adoption. Lead the responsible category’s commercial storytelling and communication with country teams to drive commercial traction, execution and performance accountability. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration is required. A master’s degree is preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry in APAC. Proven track record in strategic planning, new product launches, and promotional campaign execution. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for market trends and competitor dynamics. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment. Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex marketing strategies clearly and concisely.
