Job Description: Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm A Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Assistant (PCA) will work in a physician office setting and will room patients, take vital signs, be responsible for documentation and insurance authorizations, etc. The PCA is a valued member of the healthcare team, working shoulder to shoulder with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous PCA or EMT experience and/or completion of a CNA/LNA course or completion of a fundamentals of nursing clinical rotation Be able to obtain American Heart Association HeartSaver certification or BLS Ability to read, write, understand and speak English. Second languages are considered an asset. Pay Range: $19.50 - $26.24 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
