Responsibilities: The Test technician is responsible for performing system-level and component-level qualifications of Tunable Laser(iTLA) products and their components based on defined qualification test plans. This highly motivated individual will assist engineers in test system setups, test fixture development, sample mounting and test execution including critical parameter monitoring and data acquisition. The successful candidate is responsible to maintain the test equipment operational and running continuously. Specific responsibilities include: Assist test and test engineers in execution of component and system level qualification tests of iTLA products. Perform remote test monitoring, identify, and troubleshoot problems with standard test equipment and be able to correct the issues independently. Under the guidance of responsible engineers perform work in the test laboratory to set up and calibrate and reliability test equipment. Perform the qualification test sequence per specified qualification test plans.
