Why You'll Love This Role Earn an additional $2.00 per hour for 3rd shift hours worked Four-day workweek: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM-6:00 AM Overtime opportunities available Free access to our on-site fitness center Eligibility for our Production Bonus Plan Total Rewards & Pay- Full-time team members are eligible for: Base pay: $24.50-$30.25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience 3rd shift differential: $2.00 per hour for hours worked on 3rd shift Production Bonus Plan eligibility based on performance metrics 401(k) savings plan with 4% employer match Medical, dental, vision, HSA, and reimbursement accounts Paid time off, including paid holidays Employee discounts, EAP with free counseling sessions, identity protection, and legal services On-site fitness center access included What You'll Do Assist with coordination of production within assigned assembly manufacturing areas Support cross-training, employee deployment, manpower allocation, quality concerns, and material issues Assist in developing and maintaining time standards and the continuous flow of materials Document and discuss quality or time-standard discrepancies with the supervisor or manager Partner with the supervisor or manager to lead small-group meetings and improve work practices Communicate employee work issues to the supervisor or manager Work closely with Quality Assurance on failed materials, components, and related quality issues Coordinate service work orders into the daily production schedule Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other production departments Present the Strategy Deployment board to team members and staff at all levels Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Required

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with Microsoft Office Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Mechanical ability

You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.This position is eligible for a $2.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked on 3rd shift, in addition to the base hourly wage.
