About the Role We are seeking a Production Manager (Metal Stamping) to lead high-volume manufacturing operations, ensuring stable production, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. This role is responsible for driving shopfloor performance, productivity improvement, and operational excellence, while leading teams in a fast-paced production environment. Key
Responsibilities
Lead daily metal stamping production operations to meet output and delivery targets Ensure production aligns with planning, customer demand, and delivery schedules Drive productivity improvement through manpower optimization and process efficiency Control manufacturing costs, including labor utilization, scrap, and operational losses Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve throughput and line efficiency Ensure stable and consistent production processes and equipment utilization Coordinate with Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams Ensure material availability and smooth production flow Support new model introduction and production ramp-up activities Lead and develop supervisors and shopfloor workforce, driving discipline and performance Strengthen team capability in problem-solving and operational ownership Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, waste reduction) Standardize processes to sustain improvements and ensure operational consistency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical preferred) 8–12 years of experience, with 3–5 years in leadership role
Experience
