The Position Job description The Business Analyst independently handles tasks and contributes to various stages of the business analysis lifecycle within our SAP landscape. In this role, you will take ownership of delivering well-defined requirements, provide input into solution design, and support the creation of feasible solutions for specific features within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) value stream. Demonstrating increasing confidence and autonomy, you will proactively identify solution-level issues in SAP SD, contribute to process improvements, and successfully manage stakeholder expectations across Sales, Finance, and IT. Job Responsibilities
Scope / (Content Leadership): Owns and delivers smaller end-to-end tasks or analyses with moderate guidance, addressing low-ambiguity, small-scale problems within defined SAP SD/O2C boundaries. Competently applies standard practices and fundamental frameworks, identifying opportunities for process improvements (e.g., pricing, master data, interface workflows) within their immediate scope. Accountability/Problem Solving: Analyzes business problems, defines problem scope, and contributes to identifying root causes in the SAP environment. Takes ownership of delivering well-defined requirements and supporting the design of feasible solutions for system integrations and standard SAP functionalities. Evaluates change and technology impacts, diagnoses gaps, and proposes effective solutions while escalating minor issues as needed. Stakeholder Management: Identifies key business and technical stakeholders, proactively engaging with them to elicit, clarify, and validate requirements. Facilitates discussions directly to gather input and build alignment across roles. Develops influence, establishes rapport, and manages stakeholder expectations transparently. Impact/Strategy: Contributes actively to projects or workgroups within the ERP product space, supporting the achievement of targeted outcomes. Demonstrates growing autonomy by translating requirements into strategic plans with supervision and taking an active role in planning and prioritization. Complexity / (Product Size): Typically works on a single solution level, handling requirements and analysis for specific problems or solution components. Navigates moderate levels of complexity in requirements, beginning to understand sources of influence and mapping basic interconnections. Business / Technical ability: Demonstrates a developing ability to apply tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis in practical scenarios. Possesses a working knowledge of the relevant business or technical domain and supporting technologies.

Experience
1-3 years of Business Analysis / Consultancy experience in the area of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and Order-to-Cash processes. Demonstrated experience in independently handling tasks and contributing to various stages of the business analysis lifecycle within ERP environments. Technical Skills Ability to apply standard practices, fundamental frameworks, and tools related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis. Foundational understanding of SAP SD configurations and cross-functional touchpoints with other modules (e.g. MM, FI). Capability to identify and analyze basic business problems and opportunities holistically, comprehending internal and external factors affecting the problem space, ideally with touchpoints on business process modelling frameworks (e.g. APQC PCF) Additional
