Job Title Senior Electrical Engineer Job Description Job title: Senior Electrical Engineer 遵循 V 开发模型,负责计算机相关硬件产品、整机系统及配套方案组件开发;结合内外研发成果与前沿技术开展设计,统筹整机系统全局与硬件内部底层架构设计,产出贴合业务及用户需求的产品方案。 Your role: Develops (parts and elements of) products, systems and/or solutions according to the V-model that serve user and business requirements amongst others by applying internal and external research results and technology advancements while taking care of the total system as well as inner workings of a design. Responsibilities: Lead the analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting of internal or supplier electrical systems and/or sub-systems with all projects and tasks of small to medium scope Lead the development of modeling, simulation and analysis. Produce the design requirements and designs for electrical systems and/or sub-systems with all projects and tasks of small to medium scope Normally requires little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Participate in planning and maintaining schedule Work on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions Support the development of good Value Engineering and Design for Reliability/Service methodology Resolve a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways Solve problems where domain is a mix of technical and non-technical areas (i.e. process, program, etc.) using any and all methods, including using others or finding published solutions. Able to objectively evaluate different solutions Learn quickly and can figure out things for themselves when in-house expertise is not available. Ability to apply new technologies Good time management skills. Correctly prioritizes their own work and deals well with ambiguity and changing priorities Self-manage projects and tasks and delivers to deadlines Develop reasonable task estimates and practices risk mitigation Actively mentors / coaches less experienced employees Actively participates with all cross-hardware units and/or cross-functional teams. Expected to take some team lead, feature lead or technical leads positions on smaller features or projects Additional duties as assigned You're the right fit if: Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. No less than 8 years of proven ability to design & develop electrical solutions, including 6+ years of proven ability to design & develop motion control solutions. Knowledge of electric drive and servo control. Familiar with the control principles of common electrical components and electrical circuits, and be able to complete the electrical diagram design independently. Strong knowledge in analog/audio/digital circuit design. Capable of AC-DC power supply or high voltage inverter design capability and familiar with PWM control algorithm. Basic FPGA application development capabilities. Preferably 10-layer PCB design experience with interface standards and electronic component selection capabilities. Working knowledge of designing to IEC 60601 and IPC-610 & IPC-620 standards. Product development process and good knowledge in ISO13485 (preferred). Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, cross-site organization, able to provide technical support for the investigation, analysis and resolution of production and customer technical issues, and good communication skills. Structured problem analysis and solving. Must be open-minded to assure best design is chosen. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills while communicating in both English and. Chinese. Professional in AUTOCAD or SOLIDWORKS drawing software. Better understanding in electrical part and PCBA reliability design/test. Experienced in PCBA/sub-system level EMC design/test. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
