The Technician Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting daily operations, elevating medical standards, and developing the technician team. Qualifications

A strong veterinary technician with leadership experience or readiness to step into leadership Passionate about teaching, coaching, and developing others Organized, solution-oriented, and confident in decision-making Able to balance team support with accountability and performance standards Comfortable navigating change and helping teams adapt (especially with new systems and workflows) A positive, “let’s figure it out” mindset with strong communication skills 3+ years of veterinary technician experience required Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong technical skills (surgery, anesthesia, patient care, workflow coordination) Knowledge of compliance standards (controlled substances, medical documentation, etc.)

Experience

with PIMS and other veterinary software (EzyVet, VetSnap etc.) is a plus Compensation and
