CHEF FORMATEUR PATISSIER F/H Dans le cadre de ses programmes de formation, l'Institut Culinaire de France recherche un(e) Chef(f) formateur(trice) Pâtissier(ère), vacataire (rémunération horaire) pour son centre de formation à Bordeaux. En tant que formateur, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes : Préparer et animer les séquences pratiques et théoriques, Évaluer le travail des apprenants en laboratoire, Participer aux évaluations et examens, Assurer le suivi administratif lié à l'activité pédagogique. Suivre l’évolution des élèves en entreprise. Profil recherché : Nous recherchons un professionnel de la pâtisserie possédant une solide expérience technique, doté de qualités pédagogiques et appréciant le travail en équipe. Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en pâtisserie et un niveau BTM requis. Un niveau d'anglais (B2) est exigé. Le poste est à pourvoir fin août 2026.
