This Position reports to: Finance Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a business partner to the relevant business manager and leads local finance teams to optimize the financial performance within an assigned division / business area. Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending the most appropriate business solutions. The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India. You will be mainly accountable for: Driving FP&A activities including budgeting, monthly forecasting, rolling forecasts, management reporting, performance analysis, and strategic business planning. Partnering with Sales and Solutions teams to support commercial decision-making, pricing reviews, profitability improvement initiatives, business reviews, and risk management processes. Leading controlling activities including costing, margin analysis, working capital management, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and governance requirements. Driving digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives through Power BI, AI-enabled tools, SAP analytics, process automation, and finance transformation projects. Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, should be a professionally qualified CA / CMA / CPA Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Controlling, FP&A, Business Finance, or Finance Business Partnering, preferably in a multinational or industrial environment. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecasts, business planning, management reporting, profitability analysis, costing, and performance management. Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems and strong knowledge of SAP modules including FI, CO, SD, MM, PS and related finance and controlling processes. Advanced knowledge of Power BI, data analytics, dashboard development, and digital finance tools; exposure to AI-enabled business applications will be an advantage. Experience in digitalization initiatives, ERP implementations, system migrations, process transformation projects, and exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable. Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Operations, and Management teams. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
