We are seeking an accomplished Private Credit Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and market adoption of our differentiated Private Credit and CLO platform. In this role, you will guide a critical growth area for Broadridge by defining product strategy, driving execution across the product lifecycle, and delivering scalable front-to-middle office solutions. You will help institutional clients optimize and scale their private credit businesses across deal research, portfolio construction, IRR analysis, portfolio management, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Define and champion the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Private Credit platform, aligning product priorities with Broadridge’s strategic objectives and institutional client needs. Serve as a subject matter expert in private credit, identifying opportunities related to market structure, regulatory change, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML and agentic workflows. Conduct market discovery, client workshops, and industry research to gather, prioritize, and translate complex requirements into scalable product capabilities. Simplify private credit investment and operational workflows into automated, efficient solutions that improve usability, scalability, and business outcomes. Partner closely with engineering and UX teams to drive successful product delivery from concept through launch, including collaboration on architecture, APIs, and integrations. Lead go-to-market planning with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Client Support to support strong market positioning, client adoption, and commercial success. Define and track product KPIs, manage the product backlog with discipline, and mentor Product Owners and cross-functional team members to foster product excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree such as an MBA or relevant professional certification such as CFA is highly desirable. 10+ years of experience in private markets finance or financial technology. Deep expertise in private credit investment and operational workflows, ideally through experience with a financial technology provider serving institutional clients or direct experience with a Private Credit Manager (GP) or institutional investor (LP). Proven success in a senior product management role delivering client-facing capabilities in a B2B enterprise SaaS or financial technology environment. Strong technical fluency with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams on product architecture, APIs, and complex system integrations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and technical concepts to a range of stakeholders. Self-motivated, strategic, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive momentum in a fast-changing, high-growth market This role is Hybrid, meaning you will be assigned to either our New York City or Houston offices and given the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week. Salary range $200,000.00- $220,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
