An unserem Standort in Pohlheim produzieren wir Mikroorganismen für die Lebensmittel- und Tiernahrungsherstellung. Unser Operations-Team besteht aus mehreren Teamleitungen, verschiedenen Schichtteams, Prozessspezialisten und dem Planungsteam. Wie würde Ihre Rolle aussehen? Herstellung von Mikroorganismen im industriellen Maßstab (3-Schichtbetrieb) Bedienung, Steuerung und Überwachung automatisierter Bioreaktorsysteme (30–23.000 L) zur Durchführung mikrobieller Fermentationsprozesse Durchführung der nachgelagerten Prozessschritte (Downstream), einschließlich Separation, Gefriertrocknung und Verpackung Dokumentation der Herstellungsprozesse Reinigung und Wartung der Produktionsanlagen einschließlich CIP-/SIP-Prozessen Eigenverantwortliches Handeln zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Produktion gemäß Produktionsplan sowie aller weiteren relevanten Vorgaben Mitarbeit an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen Wen suchen wir? Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als: Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik Milchtechnologe / Molkereifachkraft Pharmakant Chemikant Brauer und Mälzer BTA, CTA oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittel-, Getränke-, Pharma- oder Biotechnologieproduktion mit. Außerdem zeichnen Sie sich durch folgende Eigenschaften aus: Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an biotechnologischen Prozessen Erfahrung im Umgang mit automatisierten Produktionsanlagen von Vorteil Selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb Was bieten wir?
