2. RESUMO DO CARGO Responsável por realizar lançamentos contábeis e fiscais, garantindo a legislação tributária, plano de contas, CFOP’s, emissão de notas, cadastros fiscais, rotinas do contas à pagar e receber e suporte atividades relacionadas ativo imobilizado da empresa. 3. DOS DEVERES, RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES 3.1 Efetuar lançamento de notas fiscais de entrada relacionadas à serviços, materiais produtivos e indiretos, transferêcia,serviços remessa e outros necessários à operação da empresa; 3.2 Prestar suporte a consultoria TOTVS Protheus terceirizada para parametrização de itens da área fiscal; 3.3 Efetuar cadastros fiscais no sistema TOTVS; 3.4 Efetuar cancelamento de notas de entrada e de devolução; 3.5 Incluir arquivos de títulos a pagar no canal bancário, após realizar conferência diária com a documentação constante no módulo fiscal do TOTVS Protheu; 3.6 Realizar as baixas diárias do contas a receber; 3.7 Prestar suporte nas atividades relacionados ao ativo imobilizado da empresa. 4. SUPERVISÃO RECEBIDA 4.1 Supervisão do supervisor contábil 5.
