About the job: Drive CI Culture: Lead Lean and Six Sigma (LSS) activities across the factory to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Capability Building: Coordinate, organize, and deliver LSS training programs (e.g., Lean Fundamentals, Yellow Belt, 5S, Kaizen) for factory staff. Project Coaching: Support and coach cross-functional teams in applying LSS tools (VSM, Line Balancing, Poka-Yoke, Root Cause Analysis) to execute improvement projects. Management Systems: Assist management in deploying operational management systems, developing performance dashboards (KPIs), and tracking/updating Kaizen activities. Global Alignment: Partner with the Global ELSS team to align strategies, share best practices, and benchmark external/internal successful models into local operations. About you: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields. 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Continuous Improvement roles. Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry (SMT/Assembly) is a strong advantage. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge and practical experience in Lean manufacturing concepts, Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen, and change management. Proficient in English (verbal, reading, and writing) for reporting and working with global teams. Fluency in Chinese is a strong plus Have strong ability in communication and coordination.
