Job Description We are seeking an experienced Pega Technical Lead with expertise in Pega Platform, Cloud Migration, and Enterprise Application Modernization. The role involves leading design, development, and migration of enterprise Pega applications to cloud environments while ensuring scalability, security, performance, and adherence to best practices. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega applications and cloud migration programs. Design scalable Pega solutions and provide technical leadership to development teams. Mentor Pega developers, SSAs, and CSSAs. Drive application modernization, cloud migration, and performance optimization initiatives. Develop and review integrations using REST, SOAP, Kafka, and APIs. Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails, security standards, and coding best practices. Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps teams for deployment and operational excellence. Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and release management processes. Required Skills Pega Infinity, Case Management, Data Pages, Decisioning Pega Integrations and Deployment Manager Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, Microservices CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL Performance Tuning and Application Security

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field. 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Pega development.
