Senior/ Lead Executive, HR Operations
Job description
[What the role is] You will play a key role in delivering efficient, compliant, and service-oriented HR operations in support of the organisation’s workforce needs. The role involves overseeing HR processes, advising stakeholders on HR policies and procedures, strengthening data and governance practices, and driving continuous improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and employee experience. [What you will be working on] Specifically, the roles would include but not limited to: Oversee and ensure the effective delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for Adjunct Lecturers and temporary staff, including appointment administration, onboarding, contract renewals, cessation, records management, and offboarding,with a strong emphasis on governance, accuracy and service excellence. Support stakeholders on HR policies, procedures and best practices, ensuring alignment with organisational guidelines and regulatory requirements. Monitor and review HR operational processes to ensure consistency, compliance and continuous improvement. Work closely with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to support workforce planning, employee matters and the implementation of HR initiatives at the operational level. Submit workmen compensation reports to the Ministry of Manpower and ensure timely follow-up on workplace injury compensation matters. Lead or support initiatives to streamline and automate HR processes, leveraging digital tools to improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery. [What we are looking for] Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to handling HR operations Good understanding of local labour laws and HR governance practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
