Job Description About the Role GLP Japan is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Income Fund Management team. This role supports the management of private real estate funds through financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders across Investments, Asset Management, Finance, Legal, and other business functions to support fund performance and strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with financial data, building analytical models, and contributing to the management of institutional real estate investment vehicles. Key
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day fund management activities for private real estate funds Build and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses Monitor fund and portfolio performance and prepare management reports Conduct portfolio reviews and support investment decision-making Prepare materials for internal management meetings and investor reporting Analyze financial and operational performance data Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support fund operations Assist with strategic projects and initiatives across the fund management platform Support investor reporting and related documentation Required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of experience in real estate, asset management, finance, banking, investment management, consulting, or related fields Strong analytical and quantitative skills Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis Ability to work effectively with large datasets and complex financial information Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Language
Requirements
Native-level or fluent Japanese language skills (required) Ability to read and write business documents and email communications in English English speaking skills are beneficial but not required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
in real estate investment, real estate funds, REITs, asset management, private equity, or investment-related businesses
Experience
preparing management reports or investment analysis materials Exposure to portfolio management, fund operations, or financial planning and analysis
Experience
