Senior Staff SAP S/4 Analytics Architect Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff SAP S/4 Analytics Architect to establish and scale our SAP S/4 Embedded Analytics capability. This hands-on architecture role defines the platform, governance, and delivery standards that enable secure, scalable, high-quality operational analytics aligned with SAP Clean Core principles. Starting as the primary report developer, the architect will build the foundation for success by creating reusable Virtual Data Models (VDMs), CDS standards, reference implementations, governance processes, architecture reviews, transport and release controls, security standards, and development best practices. The role will establish and enable the SAP Embedded Analytics Expert capability through mentoring, reusable assets, templates, and technical guidance. By leading through hands-on implementation and reference solutions, the architect will enable a guided self-service analytics model that accelerates report delivery while maintaining architectural guardrails, governance, and solution quality. The architect will also modernize legacy reporting by driving the transition from SQ01 and custom reports to SAP S/4 Embedded Analytics using standard SAP Fiori analytical applications, CDS Views, and reusable analytical models. Success will be measured by a sustainable analytics platform, strong governance, faster report delivery, and an empowered Analytics Expert community. Key
Responsibilities
Support the SAP S/4 Embedded Analytics architecture, roadmap, standards, and governance. Lead modernization of SQ01 and legacy reporting. Design reusable CDS Views, VDMs, Analytical Queries, KPIs, and Fiori analytical applications. Develop reusable templates, accelerators, and reference implementations. Establish architecture reviews, code reviews, testing, transport, security, and release governance. Build and mentor the SAP Embedded Analytics Expert community and establish an Analytics Center of Excellence. Enable guided self-service analytics while ensuring SAP Clean Core compliance. Partner with business process owners across major SAP domains. Required
Qualifications
10+ years of SAP analytics experience with multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations. Proven hands-on implementation of SAP S/4 Embedded Analytics in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4 transformation. Expertise in ABAP CDS Views, VDMs, CDS Extensions, Analytical Queries and Fiori analytical applications
Experience

activating standard SAP analytics, replacing SQ01, and building reusable frameworks and Centers of Excellence. Strong end-to-end SAP business process knowledge and excellent stakeholder management.
