Purpose of the role Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for Lead Logistics operations across 3PL, 4PL, and DCM processes, driving customer experience, process stability, KPI governance, and continuous improvement through standardization, automation, and data-driven insights. You will be Responsible for: Being part of a large global team responsible for container tracking and cargo operations. Handling complex queries from stakeholders by applying internal processes and procedures. Troubleshooting exceptional queries by working with internal departments to provide customer-focused resolutions. Ensuring no fines or penalties are imposed and preventing claims. Performing RCA analysis of discrepancies and operational failures. Participating in internal team meetings and contributing ideas and suggestions for overall process improvement and waste elimination.
