The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Sales & Business Advisors to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and execution excellence across assigned territories. This role oversees performance within local Direct Dealer accounts—including distributors and retailers—ensuring strong field execution, customer engagement, and territory optimization. The Sales Manager translates national strategy into actionable plans, enabling their team to effectively manage and grow assigned accounts. Work Location: Although this is a hybrid role, candidates must be willing to travel within the following places: Ciudad de Mexico (Mexico City), Monterrey, and Guadalajara. Strengthens sales performance by leading, coaching, and developing Sales & Business Advisors while fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture. Ensures operational excellence across territories through data-driven decision-making, strong customer relationships, optimized coverage, and disciplined execution of key sales initiatives. What You Will Do Translate national and regional channel strategies into actionable field plans that drive growth, execution consistency, and operational excellence. Lead, coach, and develop field sales associates, build capabilities in selling, account management, data-driven decision-making, and a high-performance culture. Drive profitable growth across distributor, retail, and customer accounts by expanding business, optimizing product mix and penetration, and supporting complex negotiations and issue resolution. Monitor territory, region, and account performance to optimize coverage, identify trends and opportunities, and guide activity prioritization to improve outcomes. Oversee field execution of pricing, promotions, merchandising, and assortment strategies while ensuring alignment with customer and business objectives. Drive disciplined Salesforce/CRM adoption, pipeline management, forecasting, and data integrity, while providing market insights on competitive activity, customer needs, and regional dynamics; travel up to 80%. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, with 5+ years of sales, account management, or strategic sales support experience. Experience managing multiple sales channels with strong exposure to sell-in, sell-out, joint business planning, and customer negotiations. Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, market share gains, and profitability within large customer accounts. Strong ability to translate strategy into execution, leverage data and insights, and drive results through teams. Excellent communication, influencing, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a strong focus on accountability and execution.
