Job Description MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) maintenance and enhancement: Implement, support, and optimize the MES to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and traceability. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration between the MES and other related systems. Monitor and optimize MES performance and system availability. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency through MES capabilities. Coordinate with external vendors or development partners for system enhancements and support activities. Supporting manufacturing activities from IT point of view Retrieve and analyze manufacturing data to support production management and decision-making. Configure and maintain client devices, including PC, tablets, handheld, and label printers. Provide user support and training for manufacturing-related IT systems.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain the MES under the supervision of the IT Manager. Support manufacturing operations through effective use of IT systems. Ensure stable operation of manufacturing IT infrastructure and applications. Expected Background
Experience
in MES implementation, operation, or support within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Experience
coordinating and negotiating with production, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
Experience
working with outsourced vendors or system integrators is preferred. Expected Skill Ability to document business requirements and software specifications for outsourced developers. Basic programming skills (Visual Basic, ASP.NET, Java, Python, etc.). Basic knowledge of networking and Windows operating systems. Basic database knowledge (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
