Facility Engineer – Gas Systems

Responsibilities
Maintain, inspect, service, and improve semiconductor manufacturing gas systems and related equipment. Review specifications, verify capacity, coordinate connections, and manage construction activities for gas systems associated with new production equipment installations. Review and assess gas system capacity, layout, and safety requirements in connection with production capacity expansion, and propose improvements as needed. Investigate the root causes of equipment failures, implement temporary countermeasures, and develop and execute permanent corrective actions. Coordinate with Manufacturing, Production Engineering, EHS, contractors, and other relevant departments and stakeholders. Required Skills &
Experience
Experience
maintaining semiconductor manufacturing gas systems in a manufacturing environment. Basic knowledge of and practical experience with semiconductor manufacturing gas systems.
Experience
coordinating facility-side activities for equipment installation, facility modification work, or production equipment start-up. Strong communication skills to work effectively with related departments and contractors.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
in the design, installation, maintenance management, or safety management of semiconductor manufacturing gas systems. Class C Chemical High-Pressure Gas Production Safety Manager certification, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Experience
in facility management at a semiconductor factory, cleanroom, or manufacturing site.
Experience
with production equipment installation, capacity expansion projects, or equipment capacity evaluation. Basic English communication skills.
