Your role involves fostering innovation in testing strategies, driving intelligent and predictive approaches that elevate the quality standards across projects. You collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that testing is not only efficient but also aligned with the broader goals of delivering high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and automation frameworks. - Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence in automation practices. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright. - Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks using Playwright. - Strong knowledge of test automation best practices and quality engineering principles. - Ability to analyze complex software systems and develop effective testing solutions. - Familiarity with integrating automated tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation execution and maintenance.
