This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving project needs and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution phases of projects to ensure milestones are met effectively. - Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment. - Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements. - Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. - Competence in problem-solving and decision-making within complex project environments. - Capability to document and report project progress clearly and accurately.
