What You’ll Be Learning & Doing: As an Early Career Business Leadership Associate, you’ll gain broad exposure across a global industrial manufacturing organization, including: Business & Strategy Support annual business and operating plans Analyze markets, competitors, and customer trends Participate in key strategic initiatives and growth projects Product & Innovation Work with engineering and operations on new product development Help evaluate new product ideas and business cases Support product launches and lifecycle management Customer & Commercial Exposure Engage with sales teams, distributors, and customers Learn how products are specified, sold, and supported Assist with pricing, applications, and “how‑to‑win” strategies Marketing & Communication Contribute to product and brand messaging Support trade shows, technical training, and sales tools Help translate technical value into customer impact Operations & Business Execution Learn how manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain decisions are made Understand profitability, lead times, and cost drivers Gain hands‑on exposure to how industrial businesses scale globally Essential

Qualifications

Experience

Degree in a technical and/or business-related subject e.g. Engineering, Manufacturing or Business Systems and Marketing Exceptional marketing and analytical skills Industry experience preferable

Experience

with product life cycle Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English, including technical and business terms. Able to communicate in other languages an advantage.
