Responsibilities

Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone and interacting with customers daily in person Support internal sales team by providing overall technical support and researching options including, but not limited to, receiving and processing orders, product and service questions, warranty administration and overall customer complaints Research competitive information to competitively price all inventory while maintaining a solid profit margin Create a comprehensive marketing strategy for the direct sales parts office and determine the most efficient avenues to achieve or exceed overall revenue goals Drive customer policy enhancements based on need and makes exceptions to customer policies and procedures where appropriate Grow current customer base by growing the number of customers Pursue new strategies to increase total store sales both through current and new customers Make regular sales calls to customers Other duties as assigned Your

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) 4+ years of parts store experience or a combination of education and experience

Experience
